Introduction To Our Course

Welcome to Goal Setting U! 

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to establish your purpose for this year and create a clear, step-by-step plan to accomplish it. Good goals come from two things: vision and action. This course will teach you to both define your vision and immediately put it into action, so that you can finally bring your goals to life. 

How to Take this Course: 

This course is comprised of 8 modules, each less than 10 minutes long. I recommend you dedicate 10-20 minutes a day over the next week or so to establish your goals for this year. Another option is to enact the 20/20/20 rule for success. This means waking up an hour earlier each morning and dedicating 20 minutes to meditation and prayer, 20 minutes to planning and goal setting, and 20 minutes to exercising your body.

Each section of Goal-Setting U is comprised of a short video, a written lesson, and one step of the goal-setting process to implement that day. By implementing one skill a day into your routine, you can successfully plan your entire year, month, and week by the end of this course. 

Your Tools: 

You will be able to download a digital version of my “For Such a Time as This” Yearly Goal Planner. You can use this with any note-taking app, or print and use it on paper. The course and the planner go hand in hand, and I believe it can be one of the keys to you reaching your goals in record time.
